Brett lives in Kentucky. Ryan lives in Michgan. Last weekend we converged on Louisville to catch up. We ate bar-b-que, drank beer made in bourbon barrels, made fires, introduced Ryan to FNL, hung out with the wonderful Stephanie and Stephen, listened to Conway Twitty and Tom T. Hall, pulled muscles at the Louisville Slugger batting cages, and reminisced about the glory days at the Midland Daily News.I kind of fell in love with Louisville. I reckon I'll be back. I have to anyway. We never made it to Colonel Sanders' grave.
